Nano_MIDAS

The research gathers data by focusing on the residual particles that exist at the point of transition between skin and gold. The work examines data that is gathered at the nano level to investigate how we become part of the worlds. This research explores and extends principles of visualising the infinite smallness through new technologies in unanticipated ways.

The i-500 project will explore the potential generated through the translation of the dynamic data from physical and social interactions within the building into a volatile and evolving interactive art work.

 

 

AMBIANCE

Ambiance is a work exploring the effects of an interface through the presentation of data on imagination of space and location (identity and place). The work investigates the relationship between spatial paradigms created through databases and their effects on culture and power through the emergent technologies of today.
